When you submit a project inquiry, we may collect your name, email, WhatsApp number, country, company or brand name, product type, optional style example, estimated quantity, order stage, artwork reference, sample photo, tech pack, file link, fabric preference, size range, private label requirements, deadline, and additional notes.

The form may also receive the source page, landing page, page URL, referrer, and UTM campaign parameters. Basic technical information may be processed by the hosting and form providers to deliver the website, prevent abuse, and keep the service secure.

Why We Use This Information

We use inquiry information to respond to your request, assess whether the artwork and garment direction are suitable for sample development, recommend practical style, fabric, or printing options, estimate sample or production requirements, and communicate about the project. These activities are necessary to take steps at your request before a possible manufacturing order and for our legitimate interest in operating a B2B inquiry service.

Artwork and Reference Files

Artwork, reference images, sample photos, tech packs, file names, and drive links are used for project review and production communication. They may be shared with relevant fabric, printing, pattern, sample, label, packaging, or production partners only when needed to assess or carry out the requested work. Do not submit files you do not have permission to use.

Forms, Hosting, and Service Providers

This website uses Tally to display and process project inquiry forms and Vercel to host and deliver the website. Google Sheets, a CRM, email, and messaging services may be used to organize and respond to inquiries. Each provider processes information under its own privacy and security terms.

Optional Analytics and Cookies

Google Analytics is loaded only after you choose “Allow analytics” in the cookie notice and only when a valid measurement ID is configured. If you choose “Only necessary,” optional analytics is not loaded. Your choice is stored in your browser and can be changed through “Cookie Settings” in the footer.

The embedded Tally form is a functional service required to submit an inquiry. Opening or using the form may cause Tally to process technical information needed to operate and secure the form.

Retention

Routine inquiries that do not become active projects are reviewed for deletion after 24 months of inactivity. Artwork and reference files may be removed earlier when they are no longer needed. Records connected with samples, orders, payments, quality control, legal obligations, or ongoing customer relationships may be retained for longer where reasonably necessary.

Your Choices and Requests

You may ask to access, correct, or delete your inquiry information, withdraw analytics consent, or object to certain processing. Some records may need to be retained where required for an active order, dispute, accounting, fraud prevention, or legal obligation.

Security and B2B Use
